Revive with IV Hydration

Client Safety is Our Primary Concern. While IV Vitamin Hydration is a safe, it may be contraindicated in some clients.   Medical History, Medication Review, and Brief Assessment will be Completed on all new hydration visits. The following Hydration Services are Available. Infusions will be ordered based on evaluation and clearance with our nurse practitioner. Treatment will not be performed on any client in which the nurse practitioner determines is contraindicated or unsafe.

IV HYDRATION PRICING: Prices range    $125 - $140 per treatment (500mL fluid)

Add on Treatments are Available for an additional fee - Clients considering add on service will have medication, medical history, and an evaluation by the nurse practitioner prior to service being added.
